Our Policies

If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you give us 24 hour notice. If you cancel in the 24 hour period, you will be charged 50% of the service total. This fee will go to your stylist to cover his/her time.

Cancellation

No Call/NO shows will result in 100% charge of the service fee. We understand things can come up at the last minute, we just ask that you call us in advance to your appointment time.

No-Shows

Please call us if you are arriving late. 10 minutes past your appointment is considered late and your service may be forfeited or adjusted. 

Late Arrivals

We only accept cash or card. no checks.

Pricing & Payments

If you are not pleased with your service, please let us know within 48 hours. we do not offer refunds but can offer adjustments free of charge as long as no one else has touched your hair. you must consult in person for the adjustment service.
